Lake Trip!!

Just over a week ago, we headed to Grand Lake to spend some time relaxing with the family. It was definitely a much needed getaway for Randy and me! We really enjoyed spending time with our boys and showing them new things. Jack loved the boat and swimming in the lake, just like last year, but this time he actually enjoyed tubing as well. He wasn't so fond of other people skiing though. I'm not sure why, but it just seemed to make him nervous.

Graham seemed to love the boat as well! He's always enjoyed being outside so he was pretty easy to please overall. He even spent some time swimming in the lake in his little boat. The one thing Graham was not fond of was sleeping in the pack 'n play. Apparently our good little sleeper becomes a terror when he's not in his own bed. We didn't get much sleep at all! Oh, well. He's such a good baby overall, I guess we shouldn't complain!

Randy and I also enjoyed just having some time to ourselves. We tried to take advantage of the extra help and take some time to drive in the golf cart or go on a walk, just the two of us. Lately it feels like we never spend time together! It's a crazy, chaotic time in our lives, but we wouldn't trade it for anything. Our boys truly are the light of our lives!
