Halloween 2014 was great fun! We are in a bigger house so we were happy to host most of our family for dinner and trick or treating. It was great having another kiddo, Jacob, here to trick or treat with the boys and to have grandparents and great grandparents here to see them off. We also enjoyed the new neighborhood because it was very busy with lots of kiddos and almost every house was participating! It was Reid's first year to understand what was happening and he loved trying to keep up with the big boys. He was thrilled when he went to the first house and "got a CANDY!!" :) We did, however, slack in the picture taking department. Oops! Here is all we got:

Halloween
We had a great Halloween!! The boys decided to all wear hand me down costumes (wahoo!) so all we had to buy were some new lightsabers. The ones we found are so fun- they change from blue to red so each boy can take turns being Luke or Vader. They love them! Oh I almost forgot, there was one other item I had to purchase- a wig for Jack. He was convinced that he couldn't be a "real" Luke without similar hair so we went to the Halloween store to look at wigs. Of course they don't sell a Luke Skywalker wig so we looked at all kinds of choices until we finally landed on... a Justin Beiber wig. It is hilarious! But Jack decided right away that it was "the one" so there you have it.
Jack and Graham really enjoyed trick or treating. They stayed out for quite awhile with Daddy and Grandad and brought back tons of candy. Reid likes to go to bed by 6:30pm so he wasn't too happy in general when we decided to put a pumpkin costume on him at that time and parade him around the neighborhood. We made it to two houses before I brought him home, gave him a bath (which made him MUCH happier!) and put him in bed. He prefers bathing and sleeping to trick or treating this year so he really did have a great evening as well. :) Love how it just keeps getting more fun each year!

Carving Pumpkins with my Lil' Pumpkins
The boys had a great time carving and painting pumpkins tonight! Reid didn't so much paint pumpkins, rather he painted himself, the ground, the back window, etc. :) All in all, a great fall evening!
Pumpkin Patch
Today was our annual trip to the pumpkin patch! The boys have been really looking forward to this day and they were so glad to go and to spend time with some good friends. We have gone with two of the other families for six years in a row so it's a sweet tradition. :) I think this is actually our least favorite pumpkin patch of the three we have visited but my friend, Tiffany, and I were confused as to which one was which. Oops!! Oh, well. The kids still had a blast being together and enjoying the awesome weather.
