Jack is having a great time playing basketball this season and I am really impressed at how much he and his teammates are improving already! It is a first/second grade division so we don't have a W yet, but I think we'll get one soon!

It's Basketball Season: Go Hawks!

Jack played his first basketball game of the season yesterday. He is on a new team this year that is composed of all first grade boys from CCS. He is so excited to be playing and is looking forward to growing and improving this year. It is going to be a tough season as the first graders play several second grade teams and a year makes a huge difference at this age!! Hopefully we can have fun though and develop some character too. :)

Jack's First Basketball Game

Jack played in his first basketball game this morning! His team is called the Dolphins and it is made up of several of our friends from soccer plus some other kids that go to school with those friends. It's a great team with lots of sweet kiddos! Jack really enjoyed playing, although he suffer his first sports injury- a twisted knee. Even though it was difficult, Jack jumped back into the game so bravely and limped his way through the second half. I am so proud of him!
