What does it mean to have faith in God? How can you trust God when you have experienced an unimaginable horror? Where is God when people suffer, when evil seems to win out over good? The Shack is refreshing and inspiring as it deals with these questions, not in a theological or religious way, but in an intimate, personal way. The Shack is a true story about finding God (or more accurately, getting to know God, who was always there) in the worst of circumstances. It is impossible to let on more than that without taking away from the story, but I can say with confidence that this book will bring you to tears (more than once) and this book will change your life. It's a must read!
