Jack's eyes are just fine! Praise God for that!
Unfortunately, his ears are not. The ENT agreed that he has had too many ear infections and suggested that he have tubes put in to prevent any more. He also suggested that even when Jack does not have an actual infection, the fluid in his ears may be causing him pain on a regular basis. Poor guy! The surgery, which is extremely routine, is scheduled for Wednesday morning and should only last about 20 minutes. We have to arrive bright and early at 6am and he of course can't have anything to eat or drink from midnight on. That is not going to go over well. Poor baby.
Randy and I are very nervous about the whole thing, although we know it's the right decision. Please keep our little guy in your prayers!
