Crossings' Live Nativity

On December 2nd, our church presented a live nativity for the kids. The boys got dressed in their Christmas pajamas and we sat in the gym surrounded by hay and watched the entire scene take place. It was very sweet and even though we couldn't hear everything, I know it helps the kids to comprehend the account of the first Christmas and why it is that we celebrate each year. After the performance, the kids participated in activities, such as decorating cookies and making ornaments. They had a great time! I had fun too, although I was finding hay in my house and my car for several days...
